Master Wand[]
To get a master wand go to the desert treasure reward shop which can be accessed using ::tele 03233 09317. The master wand freezes your target and requires no runes. Most people don't find it particuarly high-hitting, and prefer to use ice barrage instead.(This part edited by magical staff) And also, it is untradable. When you drop it, it disapears.
